Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Eleova collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

Who we are

Eleova is an AI-native technology consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria. You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@eleova.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form, a "send me my result" form under one of our free tools, or an email sign-up, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, company and message. For tool forms we also receive the numbers you entered and the result shown.
• The page you sent it from, so we know which service you're asking about.
• Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in our server logs.

Our free tools run in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to us unless you choose to submit the form underneath it.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you in our customer relationship system, so anyone on the team who helps you has the context.
• If you signed up for email updates, to send them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they're useful for the relationship, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@eleova.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 or UK GDPR may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
